Losing a pet can feel very sad and confusing. Your pet may have been your friend, your comfort, and part of your family. The feelings you have are real and important.
What Is Grief?
Grief is the name we give to the feelings we have when someone or something we love dies. When a pet dies, you might feel sad, angry, confused, lonely, or even numb. All of these feelings are normal.
